Usually, we receive the Sundance products only in May or even in June. When we receive the Sundance products, I’ll immediately list them on our website.

I haven’t received my order on time and it was sent back. What should I do?
We value our customers and always remind them to receive the order at the post office when the tracking shows that the package has already arrived but they can’t deliver it for some reason. That is why we ask you to check your email from time to time (and your SPAM folder as well).
In case you didn’t receive your order and we received your order back, we won’t be able to refund you the products cost because we don’t have a warehouse for the goods. We specially purchase the goods from the supplier for each order we receive from the customers. The only option will be resending for an additional fee.
