When to take Whey Protein 
Whey is quickly assimilated by the body while the carbohydrate content is perfect for use straight after training (up to one hour). Each shaker provides 1 g of whey protein. You can also round off your diet by having a Whey Protein shake for breakfast or before training. Two-thirds of your protein intake should come through a varied and balanced diet.

How to prepare Whey Protein 
Mix 250 ml of water with two scoops of Whey Protein (30 g) in a shaker with a sieve. Shake for 30 seconds and enjoy. For a creamier shake, mix Whey Protein with 250 ml of milk.
